My Story · Meet Jennifer
Every chapter has a beginning.
Some chapters begin with certainty. Mine began with change.
I was born in Lima, Peru, and when I was twelve years old, my mom made the life-changing decision to move to the United States in search of greater opportunities.
Like so many families, we arrived with hope, determination, and a dream of building a better future.
Starting over wasn't easy. I had to learn a new language, adapt to a different culture, and discover where I belonged. Looking back, I realize those experiences shaped the person I am today. They taught me resilience, perseverance, and the value of having someone guide you through unfamiliar territory.
Those lessons have stayed with me throughout every chapter of my life.
Chapter Two
Building businesses wasn't just my career, it became my passion.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of building and growing multiple successful businesses.
Along the way, I've experienced exciting victories, difficult setbacks, moments of uncertainty, and countless lessons that only entrepreneurship can teach. Every challenge strengthened my belief that no one should have to navigate the journey of starting or growing a business alone.
Behind every business is a person with a dream. Sometimes all they need is someone who believes in that dream just as much as they do.
As the owner of SERVPRO Team Warnecki and founder of Jennifer, I Do!, I've experienced firsthand what it takes to start, build, and grow a business.
From managing teams and daily operations to building a brand, serving clients, and navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship, I've learned valuable lessons along the way.
Those experiences inspired me to create Next Chapter Partners. I understand that starting a business can feel overwhelming, especially when you're unfamiliar with the process or navigating it in a second language.
My goal is simple: to share what I've learned, simplify the process, and help others take that first step toward building something of their own, with confidence and the right support.
